Welcome to Note AI! By using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Note AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
  2. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  3. Account & Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs under your account.
  4. Subscriptions & Premium Features: Some features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and will be charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings.
  5. Refunds & Cancellation: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
  6. User Content: You retain ownership of the notes and content you create. However, you grant Note AI a license to store and process your data for app functionality.
  7. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, or distributing malware.
  8. Data Privacy: Your notes and data are stored securely, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not store sensitive personal, financial, or health information.
  9. AI Content: Summaries and suggestions generated by AI are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Use your own judgment before acting on AI-generated content.
  10. Device Permissions: The app may request access to your device's microphone and camera for voice notes and document scanning. These permissions are optional and only used for the specific features you choose to use.
  11. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app, or to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the new terms.
  12. Intellectual Property: All app design, logos, and code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
  13. Third-Party Services: The app may integrate with third-party services for cloud storage, AI processing, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these services.
  14. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
  15. Limitation of Liability: The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app.
  16. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
